TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Prices are valid for reservations until 31.05.2024, 16:00 pm (Turkish time).
• Check-in is between 12:00-18:00, check-out is until 10:00. Please inform us if your expected check-in will be later than 18:00.
• Surcharges for suite rooms: Main building suites (middle floor) 10 € per night, (top floor) 15 € per night, Garden Suites 65 € per night.
• Children under 10 years old are not allowed in pools, spa and treatment rooms.
• One way transfer service from Izmir International Airport: 1-2 guest 66 €, 3-6 guests, 27 EU per person.
• Guaranteed reservation: 100 EU down payment per person is required via bank transfer or mail order.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
A cancellation free of charge or a date change (with current prices) is possible up to 14 days before arrival. Down payment amount is non-refundable.
• NaturMed reserves the right to make changes in the content and hours listed in the daily program.
• NaturMed reserves the right to decide which pools and if hamam will be open, taking into account conditions such as reperations, occupancy and the weather.
