TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Prices are valid for reservations until 02.06.2022, 16:00 pm (Turkish time).
- Check-in is between 12:00-18:00, check-out is until 10:00. Please inform us if your expected check-in will be later than 18:00.
- Surcharges for suite rooms: Main building suites (middle floor) 15 € per night, (top floor) 25 € per night, Garden Suites 80 € per night.
- Children between 3-10 staying with 2 adults get 50% discount. Children under 3 years old are not allowed in pools, spa and treatment rooms.
- Transfer service from Izmir International Airport (one way, 1-3 Guests): 50 €
- Guaranteed reservation: %30 down payment is required via bank transfer or mail order.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: In cancellations at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date down payment is refunded after deducting 5% bank costs. Alternatively reservation date change requests are accepted depending on availability.
